​Most notably heading up operations and growth for two of the UK’s largest franchise brands with more than 350 franchise units between them.  More recently, James has provided consultancy services to a number of franchsiors and a large private equity backed franchise buy-out. James' work in franchising has ranged from the development of new franchise brands, turnaround projects, to managing growth in domestic and international markets, including a franchise roll out across Scandinavia.
